personal information that is furnished to us in the normal course of
doing business.
Privileged
information means confidential information that is nonpublic
information, and that may not be specific to any particular matter for
which we are retained.
Personal
information means information capable of being associated with a
particular individual through one or more identifiers, including, but
not limited to, a Social Security number, driver’s license number,
state identification card number, account number, credit or debit card
number, passport number, alien registration number, health insurance
identification number, but it does not include publicly available
information that is lawfully made available to the general public from
federal, state or local government records or widely distributed media.
Specifically, and without limitation,
our privacy policy has been created to:

use or disclosure of privileged and personal information; and

Limit access to personal and
privileged information to authorized individuals for legitimate business
purposes, and as permitted by law or applicable ethics rules.
We
train and educate our staff in the proper use, handling, storage, and
destruction of privileged and personal information.
We
are committed to safeguarding the privileged and personal information,
data, computer files, and documents containing the information from
misuse by third parties. Prior to disposal of the privileged and
personal information, we destroy, shred, erase, or make unreadable such
data, computer files, and documents.
